Obeyo’s app, dashboard and community engine are aimed at providing insights to the residential operators through receiving data-driven insights, funnelling maintenance requests, providing residents 360-degree support, and facilitating genuine connections among tenants in shared living communities - all in accordance with changing tenant needs in urban spaces.
