For the 5th edition of Builders Investor House we partnered with HODL, a pioneering force in the realm of digital technology. This event was dedicated to delving into the world of algorithms and the entrepreneurial journey behind groundbreaking technological advancements. Maurice Mureau and Jess Muntenaar shared insights into their entrepreneurial journey, focusing on the challenges of working with complex algorithms. Noon presented their pitch on leveraging AI for team well-being, while Estefania addressed the question of utilising AI to upskill organizations.

After this, it was time to solve some challenges for the ventures involved. These were the challenges we grappled with during the evening.

Utilise a wider range of data sources to personalise interactions and reduce the need for direct engagement. However, it's essential to focus on enhancing engagement with Noon rather than solely aiming to minimise interactions.”
• Estefania, founder in residence: “Considering upskilling organisations, prioritise the development of soft skills by gathering insights from various data points. Transform the perception of a tool like this from merely an AI assistant to a mentor or teacher, restructuring current interaction flows.”
