Shifting my focus from the problem to the solution, I realised that I was able to make actionable conclusions faster, while also learning to identify these challenges preemptively for the next time. The progressive learning curve of Launchpad eased me into the transition from being a task-oriented trainee to a full-time team member with stakeholder interests in all my projects. I don’t think this would have been possible in such a challenging but enjoyable if it weren’t for the support and encouragement I constantly received from my team here.
